Time Sensitive- 25/26 Re-Enrollment Forms

2025/26 School Re-Enrollment Registration Form and Local Field Trip Permission Form

The 25/26 School Re-Enrollment Registration Form and Local Field Trip Permission Form is now available for you to complete and submit, for each of your children attending Charlotte Small Elementary School. 

The form is found online in your PowerSchool Parent Portal - click on the menu link and scroll down to School Engage on the left. You may have also received an email regarding updating this info, here you can just click on the link provided in your email. Once in - Click on your student and then on 25/26 School Re-Enrollment Registration Form and Local Field Trip Permission Form (*look for the bell in the top right hand corner in red requires your attention) You MUST COMPLETE A FORM FOR EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN ATTENDING SCHOOL.
