The form is found online in your PowerSchool Parent Portal - School Engage. You may have also received an email regarding updating this info, here you can just click on the link provided in your email. Once in - Click on your student and then on 23/24 School Re-Enrollment Registration Form and Local Field Trip Permission Form (*in red requires your attention) You MUST COMPLETE A FORM FOR EACH OF YOUR CHILDREN ATTENDING SCHOOL.
